Waking to a mist floating over the lake is a serene way to start the day. Then a walk along the Tipperary Track around the lake will stir the appetite for Ambleside's appetising breakfast. It begins with juice, cereals, fruit and yogurt.  It could include anything from fluffy omelettes, garlic mushrooms on pesto toast to the traditional English breakfast.
