Conditions of Booking:

• All prices quoted are for 2 people:    Add $55 pp/pn for a 3rd person in twin share room
• 2 night minimum bookings apply for weekends and public holiday weekends
• All prices include a full cooked breakfast each day
• A  Surcharge may apply for single night bookings on weekends or public holiday weekends
• Advance bookings for Saturday night only available in the week leading up to the booking date
• Check-in time is by arrangement and only available after 2pm; Half day packages available for early check-ins
  
• Check-out is at 11am :  Half day rates available if you would like to stay longer, but are strictly by negotiation
  
• Children under 7 not catered for
• All prices subject to change without notice
• All rooms strictly non smoking.  A $250 cleaning fee will be applied if you do smoke indoors.
